HOW TO READ THE BIBLE FOR YOURSELF
The stories of the Bible are rich, profound and the gateway to learning what God’s voice sounds and feels like. But have you ever wondered how to do that? In this deep dive, you’ll learn a basic method for studying the Bible for yourself and practice it with the heatwave community.

IT'S NOT EASY BEING... TEEN
Being a teen in the 21st century is NOT easy! It seems like every area of life is trying to beat you down or take you out. In this Deep Dive we’re going to cover subjects varying from dating to personal finance, identity challenges to creative ways to witness in this crazy time. Fun and fast paced...we’re going to cover some stuff.

THIS IS ME
Have you ever screwed up and wondered if God doesn’t love you because of it? Do you feel one wrong move could make God mad? We all have our own stories, in the “This Is Me” deep dive, we will talk about who we are, our stories and how God loves us as we are.

LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE
Let’s live life the way we were created to. So often we find ourselves prisoners to doubt, fear and anxiety. It doesn’t have to be this way. This Deep Dive will explore ways to re-write the toxic and negative self-talk many of us deal with, strategies to keep anxiety in check and reshaping the way we look at life’s challenges.

MAKING IT STICK
We say an average of 16,000 words a day! Many of those words have no impact on the world. Some change a person’s life, while others should be deleted. What if we took just 5% of what comes from our mouths and made it better? In this Deep Dive, we’ll consider the power of language through telling stories and learning when to say nothing at all.
